Terms

I work on high quality pistols of the 1911 design.  This includes Colt, Springfield Armory, STI, SVI/Infinity, Caspian, Kimber, Les Baer, etc.  I evaluate all firearms for safety and suitability for the custom work desired.  In some cases I may choose not to work on a particular firearm due to safety, suitability or other issues.  If you buy parts through me, they will be of the highest quality available.  If you bring me parts to be installed, I will again evaluate them for safety and suitability before using them.  Please consult with me before buying parts for your gun if you want me to install them.

The above policies also apply to AR-15 and shotgun work.  There are some poorly made AR's out there, so please ask if you have something other than Colt, Bushmaster, DPMS, Armalite, or another high-quality AR.  I prefer to work with Remington 870, 1100, and 11-87 shotguns but others may be considered for a particular project. It never hurts to ask!

Refinishing services are limited to modern, safe, serviceable firearms in good condition.  I reserve the right to reject any firearm for refinishing if I find it to not be suitable for the desired work.  My workload is such that I cannot accept firearms that require many hours of polishing or flaw removal before finish application.  In other words, if your gun is a train wreck, I will probably reject it.  Thanks for your understanding.
